1.Where is the Activities Office?

2.How can I sign up for Intramurals?
You can email mthomas940@holyfamily.edu at any time to register or stop by the Activities Office Room 206 to sign-up in person during the registration dates as specified on the “Intramurals” webpage. 

3. How can I join a club/organization?
Fill out your contact information under the “contact” page of the Activities webpage and choose the organizations you would like to learn more about. Someone from the Activities Office will contact you within one week.

4. How do I start a new club/organization at Holy Family University?
Holy Family University encourages our students to be creative and explore new possibilities. Please stop by the Activities Office (CC 202-206) to discuss your ideas.

5. How do I find out what is happening on campus?
The Activities Office publishes a weekly newsletter, Tiger-Talk, which is e-mailed to all students, staff, and faculty. There are weekly newsletters in the Campus Center Commons, and schedules for Intramurals and Weekend Programs are available on the Activities website. Additionally, the Activities Office has an instant messenger screenname, HFActivities, that you can instant message for updates. All upcoming events will be included in the AIM profile.

6. How do I reserve a locker?
Locker assignments are issued through the Activities Office (CC 202 & 206) on a first come, first served basis to any student attending Holy Family University. Lockers are currently located in the University Center and the Nurse Education Building. Students are required to provide their own padlock. Any locker problems should be reported to the Activities Office.

7. How do I obtain permission to post signs on any of the bulletin boards?
The Vice President for Student Services (CC 210) or the Activities Office (CC206 & 202) must approve all signs and flyers posted on any Activities Board. Flyers can be posted on the bulletin board across from the University Center cafeteria or next to the Admissions Office in Holy Family Hall. All campus-related programs can be submitted to the Activities Office for the Commons Message Boards.

8. How do I obtain a Holy Family University yearbook?
Yearbooks are available to current students and recent graduates through the Activities Office (CC 206 & 202) during the last week of the spring semester. A yearbook can also be obtained during the May graduation rehearsals or at the Senior Social. The yearbook is free of charge and issued on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the yearbook moderator at mmbobholz@holyfamily.edu or call 215-637-7700, ext. 3281 with any questions.

9. How can I obtain information about Senior Portraits for the yearbook, Familogue?
All associate and bachelor graduates are encouraged to contact DaVor Studios at 1-800-687-9327 to set-up an appointment for their Senior Portraits. All photo sessions must be completed by November 1 of their graduation year in order to meet our annual deadline.
