Information/Rehearsal Meeting

Undergraduate degree recipients (associate and baccalaureate): There will be an informational meeting to discuss commencement protocols and answer questions for graduating seniors in the Campus Center Gymnasium on Thursday, May 2 at 11 am. Students with conflicts because of final examinations are excused from the meeting. Students who are employed during the daytime hours and whose work schedule conflicts with this meeting are also excused. Degree candidates from the Division of Extended Learning are excused from this meeting.

Rehearsal meeting For those seniors who have not picked up their yearbook, Familogue yearbooks can be picked up following the meeting. Yearbooks are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Graduate degree recipients: For those who are able to attend, a brief meeting to discuss commencement protocols and answer questions for all graduate degree candidates will be held at 6 pm on Thursday evening, May 2, in the Gymnasium in the Campus Center at the Philadelphia Campus. The Bookstore will also have extended hours until 7:30 pm on May 2 to accommodate academic attire pickups and sell diploma frames and other store items. Graduates from the Division of Extended Learning are excused from this voluntary meeting.
