Guests accompanying the graduates enter through the front doors on Broad Street at the Academy of Music. Doors to the Concert Hall will open at least 30 minutes prior to Commencement. This is 9 am for the morning graduate degree ceremony and 12 pm for the afternoon undergraduate degree ceremony.
Guests should be seated in the Concert Hall at least 20 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony. All seats are reserved and guests must have tickets to enter the Concert Hall.
