to Graduate
Graduating students are required to complete a formal petition to
graduate. Please return this form to the Academic
Services Office, HFH 102, no later than March 1 for May completion, May
1 for June completion, July 1 for August completion and October 1 for
December completion. These forms can be obtained at the Academic Services
