Strategic Planning – Theme Four: Building Financial Strength

A strong financial position is critical to our ongoing ability to live out our mission and realize our vision.  We will focus efforts on building financial strength through careful stewardship of resources, increased enrollment, development of alternative revenue streams, and expanded fundraising.

GOAL 1
Provide careful stewardship of institutional resources. 

GOAL 2
Increase student enrollment by 9% while balancing enrollment across programs and utilizing best practices for recruitment and retention.  

GOAL 3
 Continue to develop a strong financial base in order to ensure the development of the University.
